Managing Director, Financial Services – Greater China

Sher Li is a Managing Director within Accenture Hong Kong Financial Services group. She heads up the Greater China Insurance practice, with more than 16 years of experience across the various areas and lifecycle of insurance and banking transformation engagements across Hong Kong, ASEAN, and Australia. She has led complex programme deliveries in insurance business and IT capability strategy, agile transformation, post merger integration, new IT (RPA, DevOps, microservices), CRM, digital insurance system implementation, as well as strategic insurance regulatory initiatives. In addition, she leads Accenture HK’s practice Agile Community of Practice, working with clients to set up and transform their organization through enterprise agility.
