Charan has led large-scale risk transformation programs at Banks and Financial institutions in Canada and the US. Currently, Charan is focused in developing emerging capabilities in Climate risk, while supporting client engagements in technology-based risk areas like Digital risk, Operational Risk and Third Party Risk Management. ​
