Amanda Gordon is a Manager on Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting team.  She is a lawyer by training and manages offerings and engagements in the Regulatory & Compliance and Sustainability spaces.  Amanda was a Senior Attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Corporation Finance, where she  worked with companies in multiple industries (insurance, energy, natural resources, utilities, communications, media, telecom, life sciences, health, and consumer goods) and examined how corporate governance practices related to management teams.  She has 20+ years of experience listening to and collaborating proactively with Board of Directors clients.  Amanda also specializes in financial services, global investigations, and strategic intelligence.
